My name is Mary Mathis I have been exploring different diet options.  There are so many plans out there, it boggles the mind.  I am sure every plan works if you are willing to follow the guidelines and never deviate.

I chose this diet because I don't want to log every bite of food I put in my mouth.  I love my food and enjoy cooking and baking.  I am new to fasting, but Brad Pilon assures us that by limiting food intake on a regular basis we can motivate the body to lose unwanted pounds. 

I am in my middle 20's and am single.  I work from home, so eating out is very important to me from a social aspect.  I have 20 pounds to lose.
